Account Manager Professional Nordics (m/f/d)
Job Description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish strong and successful relationships with all our professional accounts for professional footwear, with a focus on the healthcare and HORECA sectors
- Create annual business plans, forecasting, and 3-year plans on products, clients, and marketing plans
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume, increase distribution, and achieve product mix
- Lead strategic objectives, and prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Monitor market and competitor activity; develop, present, and execute strategy and range plans
- Collate orders, monitor inventory levels as well as orderbook management
- Ensure the best presentation of our products and take adequate measures to increase technical understanding of these
YOUR PROFILE:
- Driven to become an ambassador for our brand and to build loyalty that encourages recommendations for our products
- 3-5 years of experience in managing accounts with a proven track record of sales achievement in the footwear industry, preferably in orthopedic or professional
- Well-organized with strong business acumen, strategic outlook, and proactive approach
- Great relationship builder with personal gravitas as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally SAP
- Fluent in Swedish and English; Danish and Norwegian language skills are beneficial
- Driver's license and willingness to travel to different customer locations across Northern Europe
