Head Girls Track Coach

*Coach needs to be a strong communicator and have good interpersonal skills
*Need to have commitment to the program, have high energy, and be a strong motivator
*Partners well with the other coaches, staffers, community, and most importantly, the student-athletes that participate in track
*View success as not just winning as a team but to help all of the track participants reach their individual goals 
*Need to have substantial knowledge of the sport , technical aspects of the sport and to also continue researching new methods to expand your knowledge base of the sport
