We are looking for a Corporate Governance Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on analysing corporate governance and ESG matters, supporting client-facing activities, and contributing to advisory projects related to shareholder engagement and board governance.
Operating in a collaborative and international environment, you will work closely with senior advisors and clients, combining legal, financial, and governance analysis to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.
A role you will love
The Corporate Governance Analyst will support the team by analysing corporate documentation and ESG data, contributing to client engagements, and supporting advisory projects related to governance, stewardship, and board matters. The role will involve working across multiple jurisdictions and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse corporate documents and data, including annual reports, governance reports, proxy statements and sustainability disclosures
- Conduct corporate governance and ESG analysis with reference to regulations, best practices, proxy advisor guidelines and investor expectations
- Support stewardship and shareholder engagement projects, including preparation of briefing materials and analytical memoranda
- Participate in client meetings, calls and presentations, contributing analytical input and supporting documentation
- Provide support on board and committee-related activities, including governance structures, policies and oversight frameworks
- Collaborate with team members on multi-jurisdictional advisory assignments and research projects
What will you bring to the role
This role requires a strong analytical professional with experience in corporate governance, ESG, or related advisory areas. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with complex documentation, contributing to client-facing projects, and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
- University degree in Law or Economics
- Significant years of professional experience in corporate governance or ESG advisory, stewardship or investor engagement, proxy advisory firms, or governance/legal/regulatory consulting
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documents and data
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
