Job Description
The opportunity
Execute marketing plans to create awareness of the brand according to HQ guidelines, considering 360 campaigns in coordination with different teams.
Responsabilities
- Execute and follow up marketing campaigns according to global guidelines
- Analysis of brand portfolio and previous launches to prioritize local necessities
- Analysis and report of sales based on NPD to identify the development of the brand
- Negotiation with suppliers to collocate temporary stands and decorations in collaboration with Retail Design team according to global brand guidelines
- Coordinate the influencer marketing events and media campaigns with Media & Communications teams according to global brand guidelines
- Analysis and negotiation of actions in collaboration with Sell Through team based on detected areas to improve
- Collaborate with Training team to strength the knowledge related with launches and fragrance culture with BA´s
- Create annual distribution per retailer in collaboration with Operations team
- Creation of special conquests to reinforce sales during high-end season (mother´s day, father´s day and Christmas)
