The Opportunity
We are looking for a Retail Performance Manager which mission is to drive commercial strategy, elevating retail performance and embedding a data-driven culture across the business, ensuring we maximize every opportunity across our channels and partners.
What you'll get to do
- Strategic vision to develop the execution of commercial strategies for retail at the point of sales, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate in the preparation of commercial plans, forecasts, and sell-in strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Analyze performance across key accounts and retail partners (sell-out, productivity, conversion), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities by door, region, and client, translating them into clear and effective action plans.
- Bring structure to a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and support business reviews with key stakeholders, strengthening partnerships and performance alignment.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Bring a general understanding of how retail connects with e-commerce and identify potential synergies.
- Implement tools and ways of working that enhance speed, clarity, and decision-making.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- +10 years of experience in commercial, retail, business intelligence, or similar roles
- Very strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
- Solid understanding of retail dynamics and performance drivers
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and dashboards
- Advanced Data analytics Experience, Excel (Power BI or similar is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution
- Strong English communication skills
