Main responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of full-cycle accounting with credits and debits – at least 1 or 2 years of Accounts Payable knowledge
  • English (minimum B2 written)
  • Medium Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization is a plus (business, SSC, BPO)

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/ freshly graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfortable with working with data and structured problem-solving
  • Interest in HR transformation, HR technology, and organizational design
  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working
