Job Description
- Develop the overall goal and strategy for improving the performance of retail ad campaigns and translate the strategy into clear, compelling initiatives and an actionable roadmap.
- Secure buy-in and approvals from the broader Ads and Partner organizations.
- Ensure all technology and components of the product are of the highest quality and delivered on-time to accelerate learnings and impact.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of advertiser needs and metrics, and rapidly, creatively problem-solve and adjust product based on learnings.
- Collaborate with the broader Ads and Commerce teams to ensure we are building and delivering a holistic, cohesive experience for our advertisers.
