Pay Range: $44,000 - 159,000 annually (100% Commission Based)

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit
Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Excellent communication skills
Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
Customer centric and enjoys serving others
Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or equivalent experience preferred
5 years furniture sales required
Interior design experience required
Ability to work early mornings/late nights and weekends based on business needs
High School Diploma or GED preferred
