Senior Account Manager – Sensormatic Solutions

What You Will Do

  • We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within an assigned territory (Poland) and accounts through direct sales. You will be responsible for our global and major local customers and taking total ownership and accountability of their pipeline, forecast and sales targets.

How You Will Do It

  • · Recruit, build, optimize, and maintain the assigned customers and go-to-market program to enhance profitability and market reach.
  • · Jointly sets financial target(s) for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts
  • · Proactively lead a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical achievements associated with a productive customer relationship.
  • · Align with field operations team(s) to build and roll out competitive systems/processes to support a positive customer experience and results worldwide.
  • · Responsible for planning and directing sales activities to improving sales volume of end-user customers.

What We Look For

  • · Previous success in direct sales, preferably in a retail industry or technical sector
  • · Experience of business-to-business technical solutions sales
  • · Native Polish speaker
  • · Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • · Ability to function independently
  • · Excellent communication skills
  • · Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organization
  • · Ability to build successful plans and bring teams together for mutual benefit
  • · Driving license – active driver and willingness to travel
  • · Advanced in Excel (knowledge of advanced functions, such as pivot tables, lookup functions etc.)
