The Role
As a Senior Process Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- You will provide Process Engineering services to Worley, and its customers and may provide technical support within the Process team.
- Conduct process design calculations, simulations, and modelling using industry-standard software tools.
- Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications.
- Perform process equipment sizing, hydraulic and heat exchanger design, and pressure relief calculations.
- Evaluate and optimize process design alternatives to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate process design with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation designs.
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Experience in PIPENET Transient Analysis, HTRI and HYSYS simulation.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience in Process design offshore / Onshore / Refinery projects.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Developing skills in design software.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- A recognized Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- A recognized Degree in the Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
