RCM Success Manager

The RCM Success Manager serves as the primary revenue cycle performance partner for assigned markets and practices. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing revenue cycle workflows, reducing preventable denials, improving accounts receivable outcomes, and strengthening provider engagement through data-driven insights and operational collaboration. The RCM Success Manager acts as a liaison between site operations, centralized billing teams, coding, credentialing, and executive leadership to ensure revenue cycle excellence and alignment with HOPCo performance benchmarks.
