Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including resource stewardship, including near and long-term objectives.
Participate in new cable system deployments to ensure all operational, telemetry, and maintenance requirements are met before commercial launch.
Act as the executive technical point of contact for tier-1 carrier customers, bridging the gap between their engineering teams and the network operations teams. Oversee the service journey, from initial customer onboarding and activation to capacity upgrades and decommissioning.
Partner with sales to provide technical validation and solution for international connectivity products. Lead regional governance cadences to oversee network changes, maintenance, and risk mitigation.
