About the Position
The Principal, Senior Consultant is TEECOM’s highest-level individual contributor—responsible for delivering large, complex, multi-discipline projects while serving as a trusted subject matter expert within your discipline. As the Project Lead, you’ll be accountable for delivering projects profitably, maintaining scope alignment, and evaluating project health every two weeks.
You’ll adjust the work plan as needed, request additional services when appropriate, escalate risks early, and maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll enhance the firm’s presence through thought leadership—supporting pursuits, contributing narratives, participating in interviews, and developing content such as white papers, blogs, and conference presentations. Internally, you’ll mentor Designers and engineers by providing guidance, design oversight, and actionable feedback that improves project outcomes and supports professional growth. You’ll play a key role in developing the next generation of engineers and supporting technical excellence across the firm.
