Job Description Summary

We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Assistant Manager to support marketing initiatives for a high-profile real estate project in Vietnam. This role combines content creation, event marketing, media relations, and digital marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and project visibility.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute content marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.

  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, property showcases, tenant engagement activities, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Support in managing relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support PR activities and marketing communications.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, online advertising, content scheduling, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights while contributing ideas to strengthen brand positioning and marketing effectiveness.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Ideally 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content marketing, communications, brand marketing, or event management.

  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills with experience developing both online and offline marketing materials.

  • Experience coordinating events, campaigns, agencies, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
