Strong understanding of sponsorship, especially as it relates to the broader functions of marketing, advertising and promotion.
An aptitude for sales that provides a high level of talent and comfort in acquiring, managing and renewing sponsors.
Communication skills that successfully position the value of sponsorship offerings build credibility and demonstrate business knowledge.
Effective negotiation skills.
Ability to understand potential sponsors needs expectations and business priorities in order to sell effectively
Preferably up to MBA or postgraduate level
5-7 years sales/marketing experience.
