Workday HCM Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Solutions Architect to drive the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions across our Workday platform. This role is reserved for our most complex and business-critical initiatives, requiring deep functional expertise, excellent architectural judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes across HR, IT, and Engineering. As a senior member of our team, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating ambiguous business needs into well-architected, sustainable Workday solutions that deliver measurable value.   This role reports to the Senior Manager of Finance and People Systems.
