Job Description

We are seeking a Hands-on Global IT Manager to lead our IT operations across multiple regions. In this position you will lead a team of engineers while remaining actively engaged in troubleshooting, system configuration, and technical execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of IT engineers supporting global operations across multiple regions.
  • Act as a hands-on technical leader—willing to actively troubleshoot, configure systems, and support critical issues when needed.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee and participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems (endpoints, servers, cloud services, and business applications).
  • Own incident management processes, including escalation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and scalability of IT operations in a growing, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Security, DevOps, and business teams to ensure systems meet both operational and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOC, ISO, GDPR).
  • Manage vendors and external partners where applicable.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

  • Proven IT leadership experience in fast-paced, scaling, or startup-like environments, combined with a strong ownership mindset, pragmatism, attention to detail, and willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and directly engage in technical work when required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365) and the Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), alongside experience with endpoint/device management and scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) and a strong grasp of IT security principles and best practices
  • Experience operating across distributed, multi-location, international environments, backed by excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), MDM solutions (e.g., Workspace ONE), and VoIP systems (Amazon Connect, Zoom, SBC)
  • Broader exposure to security domains (network security, IAM, security tooling) and experience supporting engineering or software development teams.
  • Challenging and creative technology environment with a great deal of freedom and responsibility.
  • Growth and well-being through access to platforms like Pluralsight, GoodHabitz, and OpenUp.
  • Flexible work schedule/hybrid working model.
  • International team and fantastic work environment.
  • Team building activities and charity donation programs.
