Your day-to-day:
  • Lead and manage a manufacturing business unit with full end-to-end accountability for performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People engagement.
  • Ensure achievement of production KPIs including volume, OEE, downtime reduction, waste minimization and overall efficiency.
  • Drive production plan execution and ensure high level of service and operational reliability.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with EHS standards, regulatory requirements and safety culture across the unit
  • Ensure product quality by maintaining compliance with internal standards and QMS requirements, preventing deviations and quality incidents.
  • Manage manufacturing costs and efficiency: reduce production losses (waste, downtime, yield losses), optimize usage of resources (maintenance, utilities, overtime)
  • Lead and develop people: manage large teams of operators, technicians and shift leaders, build leadership capabilities, ownership and accountability culture, coach, train and develop employees.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives: implement and develop Lean / TPM / Open+ / IOS methodologies.
  • lead transformation and operational excellence projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and HR to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Contribute to production strategy and participate in regular business reviews and performance management.

 

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing (FMCG preferred; other industries can be considered).
  • At least 3 years of people management experience in a production environment.
  • English proficiency Advanced (C1) is preferrable.
  • Proven experience managing production KPIs and driving operational performance (OEE, downtime, waste, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, TPM, IWS, IOS or similar).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills: ability to lead large and diverse teams, capability to drive change and influence stakeholders, resilience to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
