Your ‘day to day’

Analyze sales data to prepare 18 month forecasts though top down as well as bottom up planning. Work closely with OCS to keep check on inventory levels and with category team to prepare volume forecast/estimates for NPLs before launch.Coordinate and align monthly meetings with internal stakeholders for timely IBP submissions. Drive S&OP process from commercial end. 

Providing recommendations for short- and long-term commercial strategy by preparing analysis and insights. Actively search and identify competitive gaps using tools, such as maps and dashboards to support analysis. Identifying and analysing industry/geographic trends and competitive market strategies and monitors current/potential customers. 

Blending historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources and performs analysis to support business and 
product decisions. Presentation of such analysis such as external retail audit reports on routine basis. 

Create reporting to track main KPI's across the organization (Sales Scorecard/OGSM) arrange reports in user friendly order. Hands on experience with Power BI particularly in writing DAX queries. SQL knowledge and database management experience is a plus.

Who we’re looking for

• University degree of Business Administration or similar degree
• 3+ years in Business or Strategic Planning, Information Systems Management
• A positive attitude, creative mindset and collaborative spirit.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English and frequent use of MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
