Product Development Management is a fast-paced environment where innovative thinking is prized. Our team focuses on the delivery of products or computer-based systems for external customers. We lead and deliver the entire lifecycle from product definition and planning through to production and release. We also oversee modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. And to make the whole process run smoothly and seamlessly, we’re experts in project management, from initiation through to delivery, and liaise with other departments on technical matters.

AAs a Senior Principal Product Development Manager, you will own audio devices or computer peripherals development, shaping roadmaps from definition through release and sustainment. You will translate customer needs into prioritized requirements and delivery plans. You will orchestrate cross-functional execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and readiness.

Essential Requirements 

• 10+ years of related mechanical development experience with audio devices, e.g. headsets, earbuds, speakerphone etc.
• Familiar with outsource development model managing external partners
• Strong portfolio of shipped products and end-to-end lifecycle ownership. 
• Experience with risk analysis, test planning, and change control. 
• Proficiency with planning tools and metrics; data-driven decisions. Collaborative mindset and clear communication. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP/PMI-ACP, SAFe, CMII, Six Sigma/DFx) and experience with PLM/ALM tools. 
• Direct mechanical design experience for Gaming/UC audio devices or computer peripherals
