Event Representative Norway - Vitamin Well I NOCCO I Barebells

Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. As part of our Event team, you’ll have a flexible part-time job where you represent our brands within functional drinks and food.

About the role

As a Event Representative, you will be a visible part of our presence on the ground. Your responsibilities will include supporting activations and events across all our brands – everything from sampling activities and training sessions to festivals and other large-scale events. Your tasks will vary and include event set-up and breakdown, engaging with consumers, running activations, and acting as the face of our brands.

You will:

• Sampling & Brand Activation: Engage with consumers through product sampling and create memorable brand experiences.

• Events & Activations: Take part in events, pop-ups, and collaborations, helping bring our brands to life.

• Product knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products to confidently communicate their benefits.

• Flexibility & opportunities: Work flexible hours and be ready to step in when new opportunities come up.

Employment details

The position is an hourly employment with approximately two shifts per month, with the opportunity for additional shifts. Working hours will vary and may include weekdays, daytime, evenings, and weekends. We are especially looking for candidates who are available to work during June-August.

The role is based in Oslo, but activations take place across Norway. Therefore, it is important that you feel comfortable driving both in city environments and on longer distances. A valid B driver’s license is required.
