Cook Lead - Full Time

To ensure a delightful dining experience for our residents and their guests, while collaborating with executive chefs or sous chefs. To assist with the supervision and management of kitchen staff and to take direction from the Executive Chefs or Sous Chefs. To coordinate with management all related services such as food ordering, food production, duty rosters, catering events and administration of policy.
