Job Description The Gwinnett County Law Department provides legal services to Gwinnett County, including the Board of Commissioners, County Administrator, County Departments and Offices, and Elected Officials. The Law Department has an opening for one Senior Assistant County Attorney. Senior Assistant County Attorneys serve as legal counsel representing the legal interests of the County and assigned departments and the legal interests of Elected Officials in accordance with federal and state laws and the rules of professional conduct.
