Internal Opportunity: Territory Sales Manager (LEER Group)
This role isn’t for everyone. It’s for someone ready to step out from behind the desk or off the assembly line, own a territory, and drive sales results.
Travel 60%+ | Measured on revenue performance | Internal & external candidates considered
Open Territories: Carolinas | Southeast
Candidates should reside within or near their assigned territory.
Role Overview:
Field-based role managing a territory, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth across dealers, distributors, and fleet customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow sales within assigned territory
• Build relationships with dealers and customers
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Conduct product demos and customer visits
• Partner with internal teams to deliver results
• Represent LEER in the field and at industry events
Success Measures:
• Achieve/exceed revenue targets
• Grow territory and market presence
• Build strong customer relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary + monthly commission
