This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy for a high-growth business unit within the indoor air quality sector. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Customer Service, Planning, and Product Development, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, and financial performance. The role combines full P&L ownership with a strong mandate to accelerate market share growth and drive long-term profitability. You will influence product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and organizational design while fostering a high-performance culture. Operating at an executive level, you will collaborate across engineering, marketing, supply chain, and external stakeholders to enable scalable growth.
