Job Description

Key Responsibility:

 

  1. Supporting credit setting and determining credit worthiness of customers, only for business customers which usually include medium to large business customers that have diverse agreements on prices/complex product mixes/multi-delivers and the like which entails more complex posting procedures to the accounts

 

  1. All the activities to get outstanding payments from business customers (mainly medium to large business) which statistically show a different payment morale and credit worthiness than retail-type customers, until the case is handed over to the legal department
  2. Researching credit history (e.g., collect personal/business data for analysis, run credit reports, etc.)

 

  1. Applying acceptable credit lines and payment terms to new customer and/or supplier accounts Collections

 

  1. Collection and maintenance of customer accounts (e.g., track account status, report on outstanding balances, prioritize collection activity)

 

  1. Follow up overdue accounts (e.g., initiate demand letters, outbound phone calls to delinquent accounts, external debt collection, etc.)
