At The Budd Group, we don’t just clean buildings; we build people!   What You’ll Do As an Industrial Cleaner, you are the backbone of the automotive assembly plant. You will ensure the facility remains safe and orderly by acting as a Sanitation Technician for paint booth stations and surrounding areas. Clean paint booth stations and remove overspray from windows, ceilings, and concrete. Operate specialized machinery like pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers. Perform critical maintenance as a Facility Maintenance Technician, including filter replacement and pit mucking. Run a forklift and handle high-intensity tasks like cleaning flood sheets and scraping lights. What You Bring To The Team Reliability: Excellent attendance and a "can-do" attitude. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs. Safety Mindset: Willingness to complete training for Ladder Safety and Confined Spaces.
