Your responsibility as Payments Partnership Manager will be to define and steer the strategic direction of payments partnerships and ecosystem engagement in order to accelerate digital payments adoption, expand consumer and e‑commerce payment capabilities across markets, and deliver sustainable commercial value within the approved risk and regulatory framework. Job Vacancy: Payments Partnership Manager In this role you will: • Define and drive the payments partnership strategy by identifying, prioritising and structuring ecosystem alliances in order to accelerate innovation, scale market reach and support the Group’s digital payments ambitions; • Lead the identification, assessment and negotiation of partnerships with fintechs, payment schemes, PSPs and wallet providers to secure commercially viable, scalable and strategically aligned collaborations; • Govern partnership frameworks, contractual models and performance management mechanisms to ensure partnerships deliver agreed outcomes, remain compliant and create long‑term value; • Provide strategic direction to Overseas Banking Subsidiaries on consumer payments growth initiatives in order to scale acceptance and usage of cards, wallets, QR and alternative payment methods consistently across markets; • Guide the development and execution of market‑specific payments strategies by advising on pricing, product design and partnership structures to maximise adoption and profitability; • Drive the expansion and optimisation of the e‑commerce acquiring portfolio by shaping merchant acquisition strategies and enhancing digital acceptance capabilities to increase volumes and revenues; • Oversee the performance of the e‑commerce portfolio by monitoring key indicators such as approval rates, fraud, chargebacks and customer experience to ensure portfolio health and sustainability; • Ensure all partnership and merchant activities comply with regulatory, AML/CFT, data protection and payments scheme requirements by embedding robust risk governance and oversight mechanisms; • Lead due diligence, outsourcing governance and contractual risk assessments to mitigate operational, financial and reputational risks associated with third‑party partnerships; • Influence and align senior stakeholders across payments, technology, risk, operations and finance to secure resources, resolve dependencies and enable effective delivery of partnership initiatives; • Represent the Payments SBU in industry forums, ecosystem working groups and partner engagements to strengthen market positioning and shape external payments developments. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Digital Innovation, Information Systems or a related discipline; • 10 years of experience in payments, digital financial services, partnerships, fintech, acquiring or related financial services domains.

And • A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in payments, digital finance, strategy or fintech would be an advantage. A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered.
