Main Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and provide support
  • Resolve issues politely and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with customers over the phone
  • Ensure customers feel valued and satisfied
  • Work with the team to deliver great service

  • Fresh graduates or college dropouts can apply
  • Good communication & customer service skills
  • Fluent English (B2–C1)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong listening & problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work night / overnight shifts
