Job Description
Job PurposeThis position will be working as a member of the Material Prep department. This employee has a passion for excellence and will work alongside the PSG leadership. This position will have many tasks and requires good time management skills and attention to detail.
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.
ShiftsThere are two shifts available for this role:
1st Shift
Off-Peak: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Peak: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
2nd Shift
Off-Peak: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Peak: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
During the 12-hour peak shifts, team members follow a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month. Work hours will involve weekend work during our busy season.
Major Accountabilities/Essential DutiesResponsibilities:
Pick heat press materials from inventory
File heat press materials
De-bag material from vendor packaging
Print and process paperwork for Heat Press orders
Build orders to run through the automated heat press line
Load and unload orders from the automated heat press line
Perform Quality Control on finished articles from the automated heat press
Fix problem orders that come from picking
Performs other duties as they are assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. while staying within medical guidelines.
Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
Candidate should be production driven, and must have proven track record for punctuality, minimal absenteeism
Work hours will involve weekend work during our busy season.
Some basic computer skills required.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be proficient in English.
