Hygiene Officer
Job Description
The Hygiene Officer will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety throughout the hotel premises in accordance with international hospitality standards and local health regulations. The role involves conducting regular inspections, monitoring cleanliness practices, ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures, providing staff training on hygiene standards, and supporting overall health and safety operations within the hotel.
- Diploma or certification in Food Safety, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health or related field
- Minimum 02 years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
- Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- Computer literacy including MS Office applications
