HR GENERALIST

The Human Resources Generalist administers human resources plans and procedures for all site personnel over three campuses located in Toquerville, Virgin, and Brigham City, Utah. Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Conducts recruiting efforts to maintain staffing for all departments by preparing and placing advertisements, coordinating and participating in job fairs, and using internal and external recruiting systems to identify the best qualified applicants. Assists department supervisors in screening and selection of candidates.
