We are seeking a Creator Events Manager to lead our creator events programme across Prime Video International (EU, LATAM, and Canada). In this newly created role, you will take an existing programme give it dedicated focus - refining the strategy, developing playbooks, and establishing ways of working that bring creators closer to our content. Through bespoke creator experiences, set visits, screenings, and fan events, these activations are designed to generate authentic social content, creator advocacy, and audience conversation around our titles and brand moments.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on events professional with deep roots in both the events and creator/influencer space, with a passion for entertainment. They will be comfortable building from scratch in ambiguity, and effective at partnering cross-functionally with Social, PR, Amazon Studios, and international marketing teams. They will bring operational rigour alongside creative thinking, and the ability to scale programmes across multiple locales. They will roll up their sleeves to solve tactical challenges when needed, and step back to develop strategies that elevate our creator presence at scale.

Key job responsibilities
• Refine and own the creator events strategy for Prime Video International, establishing scalable playbooks for creator experiences, set visits, creator screenings, and fan and creator events.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of creator-facing events across EU, LATAM, and Canada, working with agency and vendor partners
• Operationalise and elevate the creator events programme — building the frameworks, processes, and stakeholder models needed to deliver a scalable, strategically-driven function
• Partner with PR, Social, Amazon Studios, and local market teams to integrate creator events into broader title launch plans
• Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate event success and inform future strategy
• Scale programmes across markets — building templates, processes, and guidelines that enable local teams to deliver with consistency and quality
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partners

- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Travel up to 5-20% of the time regularly throughout the assigned region and internationally
- Experience working within the creator or influencer marketing across multiple locales
- Experience managing complex events across multiple locales
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional events programmes across multiple locales
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience in building and managing programs
- Experience scaling globally
- Experience partnering with PR, social media, and studio or production teams
- Familiarity with creator management platforms (e.g. CreatorIQ or similar)
- Additional languages relevant to EU or LATAM markets
