ESP Service Technician, Supervisor (Service & Repair)

If you’re eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.    This is a day shift position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am Until finish You will: Monitor technician’s performance, including productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols. Assign service calls and work orders to technicians. Monitor the status of open repairs with workshop technicians. Provide some first-level support to Service Technicians requiring assistance. Develop reviewing quotes for accuracy before communicating with customers. Conduct pre-job safety meetings. Facilitate invoicing of the completed service orders. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to technicians. Assist in providing excellent service and communication throughout the entire service process. Schedule service appointments and route accordingly. You have: Minimum of 1-year Electrical experience Minimum of 1-year Plumbing experience Active and valid driver's license and clear MVR High standard of workmanship and professionalism Good troubleshooting ability Excellent communication skills Understanding of principles of operation of dish machines and laundry machine functions Proficiency with computer applications and use, email, etc.
