Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT LIFECYCLE AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
OVERVIEW:
The Project Manager – Product Lifecycle & Change Management leads end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives across a multisite food manufacturing network. This role oversees the successful commercialization of new products and manages structured change processes for existing items.
This position partners cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards for operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches from concept through commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites
Establish and govern change management processes, ensuring all product, packaging, labeling, and system changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented consistently across the organization
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, successful delivery
Serve as the central point of coordination across Innovation, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams while communicating progress, risks, and key milestones
Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensures accuracy and synchronization of product data across internal systems and customer platforms, while coordinating artwork and labeling workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years of project management experience in food manufacturing or CPG
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a multi-site environment
Strong understanding of food manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
