Job Description

Overview

Castle Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our Houston team. The PCC plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting office operations.


Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8AM to 5PM as needed
Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer phones and respond to patient questions
  • Verify insurance benefits and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Support treatment presentation and financial discussions
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Help create a welcoming and efficient office environment

Qualifications

  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

$17-$18/hour
