1. Direct Responsibilities:
- Receiving raw materials: receives and organizes raw materials from the various suppliers that serve Grin Laboratories.
- Prepares raw materials for distribution to production areas.
- Calculates the active ingredient for production orders.
- Inventory control: performs scheduled cycle counts and quarterly counts in the raw materials warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy.
- General: verifies equipment such as forklifts, ladders, and pallet jacks before use at the start of the workday; cleans and records the temperature and humidity of the raw materials warehouse, recording each activity in the corresponding logbook. Responsible for wearing the uniform and personal protective equipment within the warehouse.

* - Shipping: Prepares and physically returns rejected raw materials to the shipping area for return to the supplier, and delivers pallets to the transport unit for maquila transfers. - Ensure compliance with GRIN policies and standards:
a) Quality: Responsible for compliance with GRIN quality standards and current regulatory requirements.
b) Safety: Responsible for preventing environmental impacts and contributing to the continuous improvement of the system. Responsible for compliance with all guidelines to prevent incidents and accidents.
c) Human Resources: Responsible for compliance with the code of ethics and compliance, as well as all requirements established by regulations, laws, and safety standards.
- Shipping: Prepares and physically returns rejected raw materials to the shipping area for return to the supplier and delivers pallets to the transport unit for maquila shipments.

Qualification and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Initiative, Teamwork, Adaptability, Integrity, Service-oriented attitude, Effective communication
1 year of experience in raw material warehouse and cleaning of clean areas in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
