IT Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) acts as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT, delivering technological solutions that support operational and analytical needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to lead initiatives across cross functional teams. The BSA works closely with users in Sales, Production, Quality, Finance, and Operations to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and support the design, development, integration, and ongoing enhancement of business systems. The role regularly works with ERP platforms, system integrations, relational databases, and data/BI solutions to ensure accurate data flow, reporting, and usability.
