What you’ll do

As a Pricing Application Specialist, you will own the maintenance and optimization of pricing structures within our ERP system, ensuring accuracy across pricing, discounts, and promotional programs. You’ll deliver sales, margin, and profitability analysis to support commercial decision-making, while partnering cross-functionally with teams across Commercial, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to align pricing with business strategy. You’ll also play a key role in supporting system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements, while providing guidance and training to pricing teams across the business.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical capability and a detail-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You bring experience working with pricing structures and ERP systems, along with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support business decisions. You’re a strong communicator who can partner effectively across teams, manage competing priorities, and stay focused on accuracy and continuous improvement. You’re comfortable working through ambiguity, enjoy problem-solving, and take ownership of driving results.

You’ll also need

  • 3–5 years of experience working with pricing and ERP systems
  • Experience in sales, margin, and profitability analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting reporting tools, dashboards, or system enhancements
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • College or university diploma in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
