Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Ascentia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. The day-to-day tasks include client communication, account management, developing strategies to meet client needs, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. The Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and driving business growth.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Knowledge of client relationship management strategies
- Analytical skills and ability to understand client needs
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet client expectations
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
