Job Description
The Area General Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all real estate and facilities-related operations within an assigned region or area. This includes coordinating construction, maintenance, space allocation, environmental compliance, and engineering infrastructure management for the bank's branches and offices. The role ensures that all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the bank’s brand, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
Education
- First degree in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Professional Certifications (an added advantage)
Experience
- Minimum experience: 5 years relevant experience needed
