Job Description
Will oversea the management of restaurant, bar and kitchen
B.SC or HND degree holders, with minimum of five years experience in similar positioning at least a 3 star hotel.
Establish standards and be responsible for management of food, laundry and bar quality.
Establish proper audit systems for kitchen, bar and restaurant.
Good knowledge of running of the kitchen is an advantage. Must be an innovative and creative person.
