Partner with the Best
Management of Integrity Management (IM) Team within FPS Solutions business ensuring delivery of IM related products/services and development of the underlying technology, leading and growing IM team along with full P&L responsibility.
As a FPS Solutions Integrity Management Business Leader you will be responsible for :
- Full P&L responsibility of IM business; HSE, business strategy, financials, operations, technical, business development, and team & site management.
- Business growth; growing current portfolio and market exposure by building strong relationship with customers, sales/commercial and finance teams.
- Building right business strategy to support business growth in a sustainable way and aligned with services strategy.
- Leading the IM teams (engineering/technology/operations) ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to the development of products/services and the underlying technology along with strong operational delivery for projects won.
- Stimulating and leading a creative environment in which IM team can work efficiently and provide solutions to technology challenges which are at the forefront of current understanding, exercising guidance to ensure that a pragmatic approach is taken where possible.
- Engaging with customers to gain “Voice of Customer” insight to their integrity issues and input these insights into the product development process along with new business development opportunity.
- Demonstrating strong entrepreneurial approach for growing the business due to its startup nature and size.
- Train, coach, and mentor IM team staff and carry out all duties associated with their line management and development.
- Working cross-functionally with BH/FPS technical and commercial teams maximizing and delivering the mutual benefits from their pipe qualification and other technical programmers along with business growth opportunities.
- Ensuring safe management of the business IP creation, documentation and security processes.
- Participate as part of FPS services management team, including contributions to strategy, commercial development, safety and other operational matters.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have BSc (physics/engineering/business admin.) plus demonstrable post graduate experience in science/engineering or business administration.
- Have proven years of P&L management or similar experience; technology portfolio and team size of 15+ people.
- Have significant experience in Energy industry.
- Have ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective business solutions in line with business strategy.
- Have ability to read and interpret contracts, engineering drawings, product specifications, industry codes, and ISO regulations.
- Have ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences, including suppliers and internal/external customers.
