As a Field Specialist, you will perform maintenance, job preparation, tool pre-job and post-job checkouts, tool maintenance, rigging up and rigging down, job site supervision of operators, training of operators and maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
As a Field Specialist-III, you will be responsible for:
Working under minimal supervision and requiring little day-to-day guidance.
Following general instructions related to wellsite activities and operations.
Ensuring assigned objectives are achieved, with work being evaluated upon completion.
Assisting in delivering completions logging and completions services at both the workshop and wellsite.
Performing minor maintenance activities on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Assisting in the actuation and operation of completions equipment.
Serving as the primary point of contact between the Customer Representative and the drill crew, when required.
Coordinating rig-site operations to support efficient and safe execution of work.
Maintaining accurate records of all assemblies run at the wellsite and providing them to the Customer Representative.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional interaction and support.
Executing all responsibilities safely and in accordance with the Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum four-year experience with bachelor’s degree from technical background.
Maintain a strong customer focus and deliver high-quality service to meet customer expectations.
Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Build positive interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
