- Lead with outlook, grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, be adept at navigating rapid growth and strategic shifts, and help the team execute toward an inspiring outlook.
- Serve as an advocate for our users, implementing systems-thinking, up-leveling quality, and identifying new opportunities and unmet user needs—balanced with achieving product and business goals.
- Provide craft leadership with a clear point of view on design quality, define compelling long-term user-focused outlooks that map to our strategy, build buy-in and effectively translate that outlook into a tangible roadmap.
