Responsibilities
Assist with the daily coordination of store activities and operations.
Support inventory management, restocking, and order processing.
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with the management team to monitor operational performance.
Prepare reports, track metrics, and support operational planning.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Provide administrative and logistical support to store leadership.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in retail, operations, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
