ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates.
We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will always be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.
與法國團隊合作，參與新產品移轉、機構件相關本地化設計成本優化的推行；確保移轉本地製造後的選型與設計具競爭力，對於新市場滿足當地法規的設計選型變更負責，以持續改進的精神提高新產品的競爭力，夠過與 銷售團隊等單位的合作，滿足客戶需求（支援大型專案的首次P&ID圖面產出）。協助由設計優化與產品設計合規需求，推動新產品順利量產並拓展到新市場、客戶How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Capable to run New Product Transfer Release Procedure with high quality.
能夠高品質地運行新產品轉移程序In order to increase competition and value threshold in our products. The roles must to continuously improve the products and come up with ideas by sales or CS team feedback from customers and enhance customer satisfactions.
為了提高產品的競爭力和價值門檻。 這個角色必須有不斷改進產品的思維，並通過銷售或售服團隊對客戶的反饋提出想法的想法，以提高客戶滿意度。To select components so that it meets specifications and cost requirements.
選擇零組件，以符合規格和成本的要求。Provide high-quality new product BOM and design drawings to meet equipment delivery requirements.
提供高品質的新產品BOM 與設計圖滿足設備交貨期的需求Maintain new product safety inventory list and be responsible for the settings in the ERP system, and be responsible for the accuracy of parts specifications and product names in the ERP.
維護新產品安全庫存清單並負責ERP 系統內的設定，並對ERP 內零件規格與品名的正確性負責To plan so that the drawing is on time to meet the delivery schedule.
規劃繪製時間，以滿足交貨時間。To coordinate with other departments so that data entered into ERP is correct and on time.
要與其他部門進行協調，確認資料建到ERP是正確且凖時的Participate in product certification activities such as TS certificates. Responsible for providing design selection or parts replacement to ensure our products are competitive. And obtain an extension or renewal of expired certificates from a third-party certification company.
參與TS證書等產品認證活動。負責提供設計選型或零件更換， 確保我們的產品具有競爭力。 並取得第三方認證公司展延或更新過期證書。Cooperate with outsourced structural calculation service companies to provide relevant design drawings required for seismic calculation reports to meet customer requirements.
與外包結構計算服務公司合作，提供抗震計算報告所需的相關設計圖面，以滿足客戶的要求To minimize new design by making use of existing design so as to achieve efficiency.
利用現有的設計，儘量減少新設計，以達到最佳效率To represent team spirit so as to enhance cooperation.
具備團隊精神，以加強合作來解決問題To manage product and market risks so as reducing our exposure to liability.
管理產品和市場風險，以減少我們的責任風險。To establish the ability to gain cooperation of others and effectively facilitate cross-functional meetings/discussions in order to achieve the department's objectives.
