Wintel Patching & Basic Triage Engineer

Role: Wintel Patching & Basic Triage Engineer – Marvell Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–6 Years Key Responsibilities • Perform monthly & emergency patching across Windows (Wintel) servers using SCCM/WSUS • Handle L1/L2 triage for patch failures, server alerts, and incidents • Ensure patch compliance aligned with security policies and remediation SLAs • Conduct pre/post patch validation and system health checks • Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for smooth execution • Maintain change records and support CAB processes Required Skills • Strong experience in Windows Server administration (Wintel) • Hands-on with SCCM / WSUS patching tools • Good knowledge of incident triage & troubleshooting • Basics of AD, DNS, Group Policy • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change Management) Good to Have • Exposure to Qualys or vulnerability management tools • Basic PowerShell scripting
