Order Fulfillment Analyst
Job Description
Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for order processing, managing and regularly monitoring customer orders by planning and prioritizing delivery, allocation of stocks, and tracking of order status ensuring that every order is dispatched within the agreed service levels to ensure the product reaches the customer in good condition and on-time.
Education:
Bachelor's degree holder in any business-related course
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Order & Fulfillment & Transport Management
CRITICAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Computer literacy in data processing and company required software
Knowledgeable in MS Excel is a must
Knowledge in SAP-IM (Inventory Module) is an advantage
Strong interpersonal relationship skill
Planning and organizing skills
