Administrative Assistant Claims
Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, based in our Barcelona office, you will be part of the Claims department that focus on managing and analysing claims on financial lines insurance policies such as D&O, E&O and Crime issued to Financial Institutions, SME and large companies. You will be key in organizing and supporting the team during the whole process of claims handling
Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties, including:Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks and provide full administrative support for the claims team
- Monitor and track new notification flow (logging onto system, assignation and distribution, as well as opening the notifications received)
- review closure of claims process (close file in the claims system, and maintaining a log updated)
- Review payment process with the claims team and the finance team
- Administrative preparation of audits in accordance with Checklist: Pulling and putting away files in the archive as instructed.
- Assistance to Claims Manager with the Claims activity monthly report
- Occasionally help with reception tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Word and Excel (Expert level)
- Experience in administrative position
